Our Response to COVID-19

The team at American Window Products is taking the necessary steps to protect our employees and customers from COVID-19. Our top priority is the health and safety of both our team members and our loyal customers, so we have dedicated a team that is focused on monitoring and responding to the outbreak. In addition, we are following the recommendations laid out by the World Health Organization and The Center for Disease Control and Prevention. You can see our protocols below.

- Being a 100% employee-driven remodeling company, we can guarantee there are no unknown subcontractors or other companies involved in the process. 

- Sales personnel will remain a safe distance (6 ft) for the safety of the team and the customer.

- Installation crews are being trained to avoid contact with customers and co-workers.

- All employees are actively washing their hands with soap and water for 20-seconds. Hand sanitizer and protective gloves are provided to all workers on the job. 

- We are monitoring our employees for any illnesses and ensuring that all workers are confirmed healthy when reporting to work.

- We are implementing safety checks and training each week with our employees.

This is an unprecedented and unique time and we will continue to closely monitor the situation with intentions of safely serving our customers.
